His guidance, organization, and construction knowledge have proved invaluable in the successful growth of this company. Randy oversees the operation and management of all projects on a daily basis.

Advancing from a carpenter to a vice-president, he has successfully produced in each position during his advancement. His range of experience and professionalism is an important factor in the success of JRJ projects.
DAVID BROWN
SECRETARY-TREASURER / DIR. OF PROPERTY ACCOUNTABILITY & TECHNICAL OPERATIONS
With a degree in Industrial Arts from Texas Christian University and a background in property accountability, David’s attention to detail allows JRJ to manage personnel and resources at an optimum level. His skills have been invaluable in the management of the company and the constant growth of equipment, supplies and materials.
DUSTIN BROWN
DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION / PROJECT MANAGER
Dustin has over ten (10) years experience in architecture, landscape architecture, and construction management. He has a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University. Dustin’s youth paired with his modern education brings a vibrancy and fresh approach to JRJ projects. Dustin has primarily handled our Historical Restoration Division but also handles numerous other renovation and new construction projects.
ADAM FERIEND
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / PROJECT COORDINATOR
With over ten (10) years of marketing and business development experience, Adam is the visible face of JRJ. A Graduate of Rice University, his finance experience influences other phases and procedures including estimating, project coordination, scheduling and accounting. This familiarity is important in the coordination and information flow between the Owner/Architect, Field and Office.
JORDAN JONES
RISK MANAGEMENT / CONTRACT OFFICER
As a graduate from Texas State University with a degree in Business Administration, his emphasis on Construction Management and Entrepreneurial Studies allows him to bring a wealth of current knowledge to our team. Jordan is OSHA certified and facilitates all risk-management and contract related issues between JRJ Construction, the Owners and the Subcontractors.
BILLY SHIPLEY
PROJECT MANAGER
The newest addition to the JRJ project management team, Billy has over eight (8) years experience in the construction industry. His excellent communication, leadership and team development skills have made him a great asset to the company. Handling our Wal-Mart remodel projects, his management abilities have led his team to becoming a preferred contractor with Wal-Mart.

Jonathan has over twenty (20) years experience in the construction field. His experience both as a superintendent and now a project manager allows him to bring hands on experience to every project.
Our management team has made a concentrated effort to employ qualified superintendents, carpenters, laborers, and specialty personnel in an effort to be a successful and professional entity in the construction field.
